Option 1 — delete it yourself
- Sign in on the account page.
- Open Delete my account and confirm.
Your account record (name, e-mail, sign-in identifiers, plan) and all sign-in sessions are removed from our database immediately.
Option 2 — signed in with Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Remove HandCalc and choose to send a deletion request.
Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the data we received from Facebook. If you also signed in with Google, your account stays available through Google; otherwise it is deleted.
Option 3 — e-mail us
Write to support@calchandbook.com from the e-mail address of your account. We confirm the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is not affected
- Calculator inputs and report fields stored only in your own browser — clear this site’s data in your browser to remove them.
- Invoices and payment records that Paddle and we must keep by law.
